CAPAPASTAF was established by Tava, the Second God of the Universe and younger brother of the Demon King Sova.
Originally born from the Va Tribe (Demonkin), Tava chose a different path—one of peace, balance, and unity.

Long before CAPAPASTAF's creation, the continent of Aerca was ravaged by chaos—fueled by the endless war between humankind and the Va (demons).

Tava, betraying his own kind for the sake of harmony, traveled across Aerca, witnessing its pain, surviving its darkest hours, and ultimately awakening his divine power. From this journey came his vision:

A unified, peaceful Aerca guided not by race, power, or dominion, but by balance, cooperation, and justice.

Thus, CAPAPASTAF was born—a supranational alliance of nations across Aerca, founded to preserve peace, ensure stability, promote prosperity, and govern continental affairs fairly.
